Meet Augie Schmidt

Augie specializes in industrial sales, developing custom strategies to guide his clients through the acquisition, disposition, and evaluation of investment-level commercial real estate. He has also served as Director of Research and lead a research analyst team that evaluated commercial assets and established their value to maximize the client’s returns.
Augie is a Southeastern University Alumni where he earned his MBA. He also helped found the university’s Football Program. He served as team captain for three years, and he helped lead the team to win three conference championships in four years.
Augie and his wife, Britney, live in Lakeland with their two children AJ and Baylin. They are committed members of The King’s church. He is also a Member Associate of SIOR who are the most knowledgeable, experienced, and accomplished commercial real estate industrial brokerage specialists in the country.
